The weather in my area has been crazy lately. We’re talking a hurricane with strong winds and rain, power outages, and now flooding. I am actually off of work today due to rain and flooding in the surrounding areas. There are roads closed all around and water is just sitting in the some of the streets. I drove around today with my dad taking some pictures of the damage. Seeing all of the damage in person and on the news makes me thankful that my house is safe and dry, not affected by the rain and flooding.
I can definitely relate the weather to life in general.There are always going to be bad times in life–times when it feels like the rain is pouring down on you, and only you. These times pass, however, just like the bad weather passes. No matter what you go through in life there is always a break from the rain.
There are also many more moments of sunshine that there are of rain.
